General return policy

No returns will be accepted or processed without an official Hilo authorization number which will be issued directly by our customer service.

You can return most new and unopened items sold and filled by the Company, within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund as long as the product is returned in its original condition with all accessories included. Missing accessories or misused items will be deducted from the credit. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for the return of the insured unit and the freight prepaid. The credit card used for the initial purchase will be credited during the next monthly billing cycle. The 90-day limited warranty included with the product applies from the date of original purchase. Parts and accessories are not refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to supply the necessary parts, to repair, exchange, replace or upgrade a product, at our option, instead of providing a monetary refund.

Delivery

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped in accordance with Solutions Hilo, Inc. shipping policies.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

All orders placed after 12:00 E.S.T will be processed the next day.
